You're not just an employee here; you're an employee owner through our ESOP. Since 1975, RLI has offered this qualified retirement plan that provides shares of RLI stock to employees based on company profitability. All employees at all levels are owners and collectively, with other insiders, own 9% of the company. RLI's ESOP empowers and enables you to share in the profits that result from your daily work.

In response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule, please review Transparency in Health Coverage Resources from Cigna, RLI’s employee healthcare benefits provider, for negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators and application developers more easily access and analyze data.
