Making a difference works

RLI supports the causes and charitable organizations that are most important to our employees by offering a Matching Gifts Program. RLI matches donations up to $3,000 per employee each year for eligible organizations. The impact is far-reaching and supports hundreds of organizations throughout the country. In addition, all employees receive a day of paid volunteer time off to benefit the organizations that matter most to them.
