Who we're looking for

When we hire claim professionals, we typically look for candidates who have at least one of these attributes:

Prior insurance claim experience

Prior coverage or defense litigation experience

A Juris Doctorate

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance or a related field

Collaborative and creative problem-solvers

Making a difference works

RLI supports the causes and charitable organizations that are most important to our employees by offering a Matching Gifts Program.
