RLI's internship program provides college-age students opportunities to work alongside their peers and RLI professionals on meaningful projects, engage in fun activities, experience a professional yet relaxed culture and have a lasting impact on our company's success. RLI's comprehensive college internship program takes place over the summer in one of our office locations, beginning with orientation in June and concluding in August. For some, internships may continue through the year or become a stepping stone to a full-time job at RLI.
Our summer internship program is a paid, hands-on learning experience during which you will:
As an RLI intern, you'll be exposed to challenging projects that stretch your skillset and a company culture that will get you excited about the future. Interns work in a team-oriented environment and have the opportunity to interact with members of our senior leadership team, including meeting one-on-one with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
To be considered for a summer internship opportunity, submit your resume between November and March. RLI looks for candidates with a proven track record of professionalism and success in their academic studies.
